DERMAPLANING

Dermaplaning is a method of manual exfoliation. A dermaplane-specific, sterile scalpel is used to “plane” off the top layers of the stratum corneum which is the top layer of the epidermis. This type of exfoliation will make your products absorb better, your skin feel smoother and your foundation glide on beautifully. An added bonus of dermaplaning vs other forms of exfoliation is the removal of the vellus hair commonly called peach fuzz.
